This document sets out the official terms and conditions governing the use of the ace81 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the ace81 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of ace81 services, users are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for ensuring your profile details remain truthful and up to date.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ace81 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
- Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to our support team promptly through the official channels provided.
- Users are prohibited from transferring, selling, or sharing their account with any other party for any reason.
Ace81 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security and compliance purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restrictions or temporary suspension.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All ace81 users are required to comply with the platform's established rules and to act responsibly when using any of the services offered. Misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated software or methods to access or manipulate the platform.
- Cheating, falsifying information, or tampering with the integrity of any game.
- Committing payment fraud or using unauthorised payment methods.
- Sharing or selling your account to any other party.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information.
- Adhering to all applicable betting limits and game rules.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Treating fellow users and platform staff with respect.
Payments, Transactions & Deposit Policy
All financial transactions on the ace81 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by ace81 and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed. Please ensure the amount and transaction details are correct before confirming.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification.
- Ace81 reserves the right to hold or decline suspicious withdrawal requests while an investigation is in progress.
- Any taxes or transaction-related charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are solely your responsibility.
All amounts displayed on the platform are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) unless otherwise stated.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
Ace81 Liability Limits
Ace81 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied warranties.
Our liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount you have deposited within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim, subject to assessment on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property & Account Termination Policy
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the ace81 platform are the exclusive property of ace81 and are protected under copyright law. Any reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Ace81 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner that is harmful to the platform or its other users.

The ace81 platform may include links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. ace81 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and accepts no liability for any loss arising from their use.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a mechanism agreed upon by both parties, subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
